A pair of surreal floats pass each other in the normally sleepy village of Eyam in England's Peak District National Park.
Today was their annual carnival.

Well the sun was out here in Yorkshire today, but it was only in the low 60's and a stiff breeze to boot.....
Wouldn't have been warm enough to cool off in the fountain as these kids were doing a week ago in Chicago....

This Tough Guy event is held bi-annually in the English Midlands. I myself am a 4 time veteran.
