Time has progressed and I now find myself back in the sunny USA.
I’m posting a few pix of the 4th of July fireworks at White Lake in Whitehall, Michigan. Whitehall is a sleeply little town north of where I come from originally.
The senses got confused as in England we’re used to going inside from a cool air temp to get warmed up in the house, practically all times of the year! But here, we walk from an air conditioned house out into an oven…. and you go inside to get cool, not warm!  Even at 10:45 pm last night when the fireworks were finished it was 83 degrees. Now that’s Summer.

My original photo blog on this site was deleted as kind of a Spring clean and now I’m starting afresh.

This photo blog will display my photographic observations, snippets of daily life, street, travel and documentary photography.

I am based in northern England, thus much of the content and observations will be come from this area, but could of course be anywhere….
